Learn More About Our Company

1. Is your living care facility qualified to offer services?

Absolutely. Joy of Living Care Services Inc is fully licensed, bonded and insured to provide the local community with world class services. This way, we can make sure that all of our clients feel safe and comfortable when they have us at their side.

2. Can there be changes to the schedule?

Yes, you can. The only thing you should do is give us a notice as early as possible. It will be fine if you can give us a heads up about 24 hours before that. Otherwise, a certain fee might be applied.

3. Can your senior care professionals provide assistance with the medication?

Certainly. If you provide us with information about the schedule by which you take your medication, we can remind you at the appropriate time. However, in some cases we may not be able to assist you with the administering of the medication.

4. What happens if your caregiver cannot make it for the appointment?

If there is such a situation, the first thing we will do is notify you in advance. We will do everything we can to find a substitute for the day. If you have not met the member of our staff before, we will send someone to make the proper introductions.

5. Are your assisted living experts trained?

Of course. First of all, the people we hire are carefully chosen for their previous experience in this particular field. We make sure that they are qualified, after which we begin a specific training process that consists of introducing them to our methods and services. We also perform background checks and regular drug screenings in order to make sure that our customers receive a first class service.

6. How will you determine which caregiver to send?

We perform an initial assessment during which we get familiar with the personality, interests and daily schedule of your loved one. After that, we find a person who has matching interests and has what it takes to provide you exactly with what you need.

7. Will you send the same living care services provider every time?

We cannot guarantee that the same person will be available each time. Sometimes, we will need to send a different caregiver, but you can rest assured that we will notify you before that. We will get them familiar with your needs and schedule so that you can have the comfort you need.

8. What does a typical day with your caregiver involve?

It all depends on your specific needs. The type of service you request determines the activities and all the details that the daily schedule will include. From running errands to shopping, and preparing lunch to mind-stimulating programs and activities, we can help you with anything!
